My Marketing Plan For Your Home

I have an aggressive and extremely effective marketing philosophy. In addition to marketing your home to the general public, I will also expose it to the other active agents in the area. With approximately 3,000 homes for sale in Hampton Roads at any given time, the traditional approach most agents take to get a home sold just isn’t enough. MLS
The Multiple Listing Service is the data automation system Realtors® use to make the property known to thousands of Realtors® on the Peninsula and Southside. It includes a description of your home as well as a photo.

Virtual Tours
A virtual tour of your property will allow other Agents to show your property to potential Buyers easily.  Your tour will be accessible from Realtor.com, and the William E Wood and Associates Virtual Tour Gallery.  
 
Whether your listing is a small condominium or a sprawling mansion, a Virtual Home Tour will highlight unique features of a home. The size of a room is not a concern - this technology even works well with small rooms. And of course it's ideal for expansive panoramic views too!  Potential buyers can put themselves inside your home 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The door's always open.  The picture's always moving!

Property Tour
A Company property tour will be arranged in the first several weeks of marketing ­ to expose your home to all of the office agents. This is a critical component of exposure and one of the reasons we sell one out of three of our own listings!
